AIP stands for Autoimmune Protocol and is an elimination diet that can help people reset their bodies. It’s similar to Whole30 and Paleo, but goes further than eliminating all the common allergens. AIP also removes the not-so-common allergens (just in case) to really give the body a chance to calm down, and for most, if not all, the symptoms to resolve. Then, the idea is to slowly and methodically add foods back in so you can have the most variety and nutrition possible from food.
