Measure 1/4 cup of rolled oats and 2 teaspoons of chia seeds into a 1/2 pint jar.
Top oatmeal and chia mixture with 1/4 cup of diced strawberries.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla to 1/2 cup of milk, stir, and pour over the oats. Stir the wet and dry ingredients together. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
