Simple Strawberry and Vanilla Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup oats rolled
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup strawberries small dice
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Measure 1/4 cup of rolled oats and 2 teaspoons of chia seeds into a 1/2 pint jar.
  • Top oatmeal and chia mixture with 1/4 cup of diced strawberries.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla to 1/2 cup of milk, stir, and pour over the oats. Stir the wet and dry ingredients together. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Notes

For a slightly larger serving:
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/3 cup strawberries, small dice
3/4 cups milk of choice
3/4 teaspoons vanilla
