Quick and Simple Homemade Remoulade
Remoulade is a delicious dipping sauce for seafood and vegetables. You can serve with fish fillets, fish cakes, shrimp, and blanched or steamed vegetables.

mayonnaise
(avocado based or homemade)

scallions
green tops only, minced

parsley
fresh, minced

lemon juice

seasoned salt
or Old Bay

Dijon mustard

pressed or minced

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl, cover, and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Notes
There is a spicier version of remoulade from Louisianna that has more kick. If you like to make that version add 1 tablespoon of Louisianna Hot Sauce
