Mom's Juicy Ginger-Beer Ham. Place ham cut-side down in a covered roaster at 250 degrees until temperature reaches 140.

- 4 pounds ham fully cooked, spiral cut
- 12 ounces ginger beer
Heat oven to 250 degrees. Put ham cut side down in dutch oven.
Pour a bottle of ginger beer into the pot, cover, and place into the oven.
Bake until internal temperature is 140 degrees. I checked mine after an hour then baked for another 15 minutes.
Remove to cutting board or platter.
Spoon juice over ham slices and serve with Mom’s Potato Salad.
